Meet the Founder
Jessica Bonjorni
Founder, The Culture Point
I spent the better part of two decades inside some of the most complex organisations in the federal government — the FBI, the Department of Justice, and ultimately the Veterans Health Administration, where I served as Chief of Human Capital. The VHA is the largest integrated health system in the United States. It employs more than 300,000 people. Culture is not an abstraction there. It is a matter of patient outcomes.
What I learned across those roles is that most culture problems are structural. They are not caused by bad values or insufficient training. They are caused by misaligned incentives, unclear accountability, and decision-making processes that reward the wrong behaviour. Leaders usually know something is wrong. They rarely know why.
I founded The Culture Point to do the work I wished more organisations had access to: rigorous diagnosis, honest analysis, and implementation support that doesn't disappear after the presentation. I am not interested in frameworks that look good on slides. I am interested in what actually changes behaviour.
My approach is direct. I will tell you what I see, including the things that are uncomfortable to hear. That is the work.
