What We Do

Something is wrong. You can feel it.

In our experience, leaders are usually right about the symptom and wrong about the cause. We help you find the actual problem — and build a structure that fixes it.

01

The Culture Diagnostic

4 weeks

A structured assessment of your organisation's culture — how it actually operates, not how it's described in your values statement. We interview, observe, and analyse. You get a clear-eyed picture of what's driving the symptoms you're seeing.

Deliverable

Diagnostic report with root-cause findings and prioritised recommendations.

02

Strategy and Roadmap

8 weeks

You know what's wrong. Now you need a plan that will hold. We build a culture strategy grounded in your organisation's actual constraints — not a generic framework. The roadmap is sequenced, resourced, and designed to survive leadership transitions.

Deliverable

Culture strategy document, implementation roadmap, and change management framework.

03

Advisory and Implementation

12 weeks or retainer

Strategy without execution is a document. We work alongside your leadership team to implement — attending key meetings, coaching decision-makers, and adjusting the plan as reality intervenes. Available as a fixed engagement or ongoing retainer.

Deliverable

Embedded advisory support, progress reporting, and sustained accountability.

Federal Advisory

Federal HR is a different system.

Title 5, SES, FEVS, workforce planning under continuing resolution — federal human capital operates under constraints that most consultants have never encountered. We have. Our founder spent years inside the federal system at the highest levels. We know what's possible, what's not, and how to move within the constraints.

Senior Executive Service (SES) development and succession
